Heat Therapy:
- Place wrap in microwave
- Allow turn table to rotate freely
- Microwave 1 minute.
- Depending on desired warmth, increase in 30 second increments as needed. Do not exceed 3 minutes total.
- Check temperature for desired warmth.
- After heating, gently shift herbs from side to side. Be careful not to overheat!
Cold Therapy:
- Seal in a plastic bag
- Place in freezer for 1-2 hours
- Can be stored in freezer
