VIRTUAL Prenatal Fitness Workshop
Join Maxine for a monthly Devine Mama Strength Prenatal Fitness Education Workshop. In this virtual one-hour session, you'll gain valuable insights, tips, and advice on safe exercises and what to avoid while working out during pregnancy. There will be a Q&A session to get answers to your questions, and a take home guide emailed to you after the workshop. Also included is one FREE 30 Minute private 1:1 session in the Austin studio. Get the guidance you need through this important phase and stay fit and healthy for your little one.

Maxine Eiland is a dedicated fitness professional and the founder of Divine Mama Strength, based in Austin, Texas. Divine Mama Strength was born from Maxine's firsthand experiences as a woman navigating the often-overlooked challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. She understands how isolating and physically demanding these transitions can be and is passionate about building a community that provides the knowledge, resources, and encouragement women need to reconnect with themselves.
Personalized training programs tailored to each woman’s individual needs is Maxine's goal. Her approach emphasizes strength, empowerment, and holistic well-being, aiming to help women feel confident and strong in their bodies.
Maxine is BIRTHFIT certified along with Yoga L1, CrossFit L1 and nutrition certifications.
